Compositure™ On-Line Course may be paid through our PayPal feature.

Web Design Fees are paid quarterly. All work will begin after a deposit of is received.

Fine print

Unless otherwise amended, the following conditions apply to this agreement.

1. Fees quoted for graphic design will include up to 3 preliminary rough sketches. Additional sketches will be subject to standard production rates. The Client will have the right to suggest one significant change from the final submitted design. This change should slightly alter but not drastically change the overall intent of the design. Should zamoradesign determine that the change is beyond the intent of the original design we will have the right to stop all work and begin the process for a new project. All fees will be due for this project before the new project may begin. Changes in text syntax, format, font styles and spelling will be made once prior to the final submitted design.

2. Fees quoted for graphic design will include one set of finished originals. These finished works will be ready for specific output. Additional setup by print shops and or other final output sources may be necessary. ZDS agrees to coordinate with final source and final printing if required. Any additional production tasks required for final output will be subject to standard production rates. Zamoradesign will provide removable media for you and/or your printer at a cost to you.

3. Rights: All rights to the use of the artwork and electronic files remain the property of zamoradesign, except as noted: A. Ownership of artwork transfers to the client upon full payment of all fees and costs of this agreement. Composite sketches remain the property of zamoradesign unless client agrees to purchase the original sketch. Contact zamoradesign for final fee of original composite sketch.

4. All invoices are due within 10 days of dated invoice. All invoices will be subject to a 15% late fee.

5. Unless otherwise noted, the zamoradesign studio shall be accorded a credit line on all printed material to read as follows: Copyright © 2005 zamoradesign or the phrase: another zamoradesign. Web site: another zamoradesign (hyperlink to www.zamoradesign.com)

6. All fees and costs are estimates and may change with the scope of work. zamoradesign will provide the client with an estimate prior to the start of any new work outside the scope of this agreement.

7. The zamoradesign studio's ability to meet deadlines is predicated upon the Client's ability to provide all necessary information and approvals in a timely manner.

8. The zamoradesign studio makes no promises or claims regarding the Compositure Methodology. The Compositure Methodology is a registered trademark. The use of any materials relating to the Compositure Methodology without permission is prohibited.

9. The zamoradesign studio will make every reasonable effort to assist you in creating your portfolio for use in forensic art. The zamoradesign studio makes no promise of job placement. The course offers you advanced training in Forensic Art and requires that you draw a human face daily. If you take this course without extensive sketching of the face you will not benefit from the information.
